Please remember that every item from Amy Awesomeness is designed and handmade by one gal. While many items are *ready to ship* in 3-5 business days, there will be certain collections that are only *made to order* and will include a processing time of 5-7 business days.
Please see each item for details before making a purchase. The default shipping method is USPS, and shipping usually takes anywhere from 3-5 business days. Every order will receive a purchase confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the packaged has been shipped.

We do not accept item exchanges. Returns will only be accepted if within three (3) days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all return shipment payments.
Items that have been damaged after a safe delivery, or that have been broken in your possession or with normal use will not be replaced.
Returns will not be accepted based on small imperfections; including color variations, small marks, or small bubbles. Every item is made by hand; therefore, slight imperfections may occur. Any inconsistencies are normal for a handmade item.
